Questions people ask before booking
How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends on the stone and the metal. Most engagement rings land between $3,000 and $12,000, earrings often start near $900, and necklaces vary widely with the stones. You will have a written quote before anything is made, and the price does not move after you approve it.
Natural or lab grown diamonds?
Both, and we will show you the two side by side at your appointment. Lab grown stones let most people go noticeably larger or cleaner for the same budget. Neither choice is the wrong one, and we will never push you toward either.
How long does it take?
Three to five weeks for most commissions, from approved design to collection. If you have a proposal or a wedding date sooner than that, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Can you work from photos I have saved?
Yes, and most people do. Bring your saved references and we will design your version of them, built properly, with stones you have actually seen.
I am not in Houston. Can we still do this?
Of course. We design over video, send renders for approval, and ship insured. A good share of our commissions go out of state.
Can you use my own stones or old jewelry?
Yes. Resetting heirloom stones is some of our favourite work, and old gold can go toward the new piece. Bring it to the appointment.
Do you offer financing?
We do, on approved credit, and we will walk you through the options at your appointment. There is no pressure either way.
